Great service. This was recommended by a local as a place to have breakfast. on the recommendation we found the restaurant, got on the waiting list for a table, seated within the time told and from the host to the checkout we where treated as their only customer. wonderful food, service, prices and cleanliness I would rate this place with a, A+++. I highly recommend this as a must for breakfast!
Referred Friends And Was Let Down. The family friend I referred to the restaurant was treated with zero curtesy by the front desk staff. The server was helpful and food came quickly. I don’t plan on coming back. I value the respect a customer is given.
Maxfield’s North Shore. After hearing so many good things about Maxfield’s, I gave it a try. Very underwhelmed. I had a traditional breakfast of eggs, toast, hash browns and sausage. I skipped pancakes, I figured that they are famous for them, I’ll try the other stuff. My eggs were undercooked, cold, the hash browns were sticky, and the toast waschewy, kind of insulting to the meaning of toast. It was not busy, and I was almost a godparent to my bus boy’s upcoming child, he stopped by so often. Yet, never saw my server except to order, then when she dropped my check. Never asked how my food was, never said her name. Never going back.
