Not coming back. The waitress was only fast to get to me when she wanted to be paid. I didn’t at the time that i was over charged $7. My food was pretty bad. The egg drop soup was good but my sweet and sour combination dinner has gross chicken and pork. It didn;t even taste or look like chicken. Very disappointed.
Not bad. Fried rice was way too burnt so I’m only getting the white rice from now on but other than that it was very good.
Resting on Laurels: Old food, rude staff!. This place used to be really good, but they have gone WAY down hill, sliding on gelatinous Lava sauce the entire way. I ordered Lava Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Pork Fried Rice and their Green Beans. But the problems started far before I even got there to pick up my order. The man rushed me through my order, pushing me to name the next thing quickly so that I would understand ho busy he was and how inconvenient my order was to him. In any case, he told me it would be ready in 25. I arrived in 40 minutes, thinking I’d be in and out. No suck luck. The rude blonde woman at the counter told me it would be another 15 minutes and that she told me that when I called. I told her I didn’t talk to her, that I spoke to a man. She then found my order, offered me no apology, but told m it would be another 10 minutes or so.But the worst part of it was the food itself. We threw away the Lava Chicken because the chicken had clearly been sitting around to long – had that indescribable taste of old chicken. The Pork Fried Rice also got checked – it had more huge chunks of mostly fatty pork that it had rice. The beans were pretty good, although they have way too much pork in them. I know when I want a vegetable, I want more vegetable. Lastly, the sesame chicken – now, that was good. And, the white rice was fine, too. Time to find a new Chinese Restaurant in Milwaukee. The Emperor has clearly left this one, and in his place he has left children.
My go-to spot!. I started going here when I moved to the East side, even once I moved I would frequent this yummy haven. I don’t like to order the same thing twice therefore I’ve had most of their menu and have never been disappointed! No kidding, so good!
Lunch time goodness. I love going for lunch. Big portions and the quality is great. They started doing daily lunch specials so it makes the price a little lower, which is a plus.
Best Chinese in Milwaukee. The quality has been excellent for so many years! One of the best Chinese restaurants in I have ever been to! Shrimp fried rice is out of this world!
