Good food, ok service, lacking in class. We’re eating our meals and the tall bald guy (manager?) Is standing eating his dinner in plain site. I always find it low class observing this kind of behavior in a semi-formal atmosphere. Also, our waiter was prompt up until he got his tip whereupon we fell in his esteem and waited an eternity for a last glass of water. Still waiting…
A little pricy. I ordered Bravo’s classic grilled pork chop. The pork chop was very good, very tender and the sauce it was in was very good, although I have no idea what it is. It came with mashed potatoes, which were a little salty but good. It said it came with ‘seasonal’ vegetables, which at the time were green beans. It upset me a little bit when I got my plate, since it only came with about 6 green beans. The plate my food came on was very large, and there was lots of empty space on it, I almost wonder if maybe they ran out of green beans or something and just decided not to do anything about that. I went out with my father, and they gave him 3 pieces of asparagus on his plate. I just wish they would have had more vegetables. My meal was very starchy. Its a little expensive for what I got. My meal was $15.79. You could have ordered a double pork chop for 21.47, which I almost wish I did since the meal I got was not very big.The decor in the building was very nice. We went on a Tuesday, which you wouldn’t think would be that busy, but it filled up very fast. We arrived right at 6, and were able to be seated right away, but by 6:30 the entire restaurant was filled out and there was a 45 minute or more wait.
My family and I have been to Bravo! numerous times because it is such a great restaurant from top to bottom. Service is always spectacular. Once, we got seated near the kitchen entrance, and to compensate us for the noisy area they brought us a free appetizer without us even asking for one! Waiters & waitresses are very knowledgeable about the menu and will always answer your questions. Atmosphere is spacious and quiet, but could use a little more light. The food, from pasta, pizza, seafood, & soups is AMAZING! I’ve never had a bad meal in all 10-15 or so times I’ve been here. If you ever have any doubts about what to eat, get cup of the lobster bisque to start, and order either the Pasta Bravo! or Seafood Ravioli. You won’t be disappointed. Even though it is a chain, I believe it is 10x better than any Olive Garden restaurant I’ve been too.
Not worth the prices. Unfortunately I really wanted to like Bravo but it fell way short of,expectations. I ordered the Fettucine Alfredo, and chopped house salad. The Fettucine Alfredo lacked any flavor except the overwhelming flavor of rosemary. Who puts rosemary in Alfredo sauce? I like Alfredo, sauce to be creamy, buttery and seasoned with garlic and pepper. The Rosemary ruined the dish. Their chopped house salad said it had Italian dressing but was virtually tasteless. Our waitress started out attentive but once the restaurant picked up she disappeared. It appeared she was giving better service to a fellow employee at the table next to ours. Several mistakes made on some of the bills. We had a table of 5 with separate checks. At the end she never came back for my bill to make payment so I ended up having to find her at the server station to give her the bill. We were already late for a movie and couldn’t wait any longer. I would not recommend this place at all. The Olive Garden is better as far as chains go. A previous reviewer had commented that it was like they tried to dress up the dishes unnecessarily and I agree. Save your money.
Not anything special..super over priced for quality of food. Also the menu is extremely limited I wouldn’t bring a picky eater here!
Below average. Cold and food was not fresh. On top of that there dishes are over priced for the quality of ingredients used. Don’t do it. Find a real Italian restaurant.
A long way from Italy. It was edible. It was just too heavily seasoned; tries to be complicated and fancy, when simple, fresh and full of taste should be the goal. The service was great. I had the bruschetta, which had so much herbs and chilli that it masked the flavor of the food. It also had provolone cheese…provolone, seriously.
