First of all, keep in mind that review was from someone who likes Hooters and did not eat here.This is a neighborhood Italian grocery store and delicatessen. They have a large selection of pastas and canned tomato products.They have great cold subs with traditional Italian cold cuts. They also have hot Italian sausage sandwiches, meatball sandwiches, and Italian roast beef. Huge portions at very reasonable prices.There are three small tables inside, seating only about six people. There were three tables outside, but they won’t be usable in another month.I found the staff here was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Where’s the Beef?. I kept hearing how the steaks from the meat department were soooo good. Well let me tell ya, they had 8 ribeyes in the display…that’s it, no other steaks! We bought two even though they didn’t look like the quality I usually pick, and they were nothing special. The oddly dressed girl behind the counter made us feel like we were intruding, and no smiles or hellos from anyone else either. Don’t bother with this one.
