I am definitely a big fan of sushi almost any day and Fujiyamas is usually where I would go. The only problem I face is when I am really hungry I can finish a plate in about five minutes. I’d be satisfied if they ran a promotion, two sushi plates for about $20. #CaliforniaRoll
Great Rolls!. We LOVED eating at Fujiyama! Taste was superb. I don’t usually spend my money on a non-fish roll or appetizer when I’m going out for sushi, but the avocado roll was DELICIOUS. We also recommend the Fujiyama roll – so many distinct flavors combined into one. The service was good even if the waitress and hostess seemed less-than-excited to serve us. Prices were also very reasonable; comparable to other sushi restaurants we’ve been to. Be sure to bring a sweater as it was quite chilly (even in June).
Absolutely love this place. Sushi and sashimi quality and morsel sizes are as big as I’ve found anywhere in the States (had the pleasure of spending time in Okinawa, Japan, so I have something to compare it to). The quality of the sushi was excellent…lived their spicy tuna. The atmosphere is very well kept (asian motif with modern accents), chill, intimate, a little on the quiet side, but I enjoy that. My friends and I sat at the bar so we could enjoy watching the beautiful dishes being served by the chefs, and we were lucky enough to also get some off-the-menu sushi on the house! The service was very fast, and the staff were all very warm and friendly. Will definitely go back again, without a doubt.
