Lazy, rude, and unapologetic. I ordered three things for delivery, but received two large bags of food. A little confused and curious I checked the receipt, tipped the delivery man, and went inside. Inside the bags I found two of the the three items I ordered, three (yes three) poorly tasting boxes of chinese chicken that i didn’t order, and a couple sodas. I’m not one to complain about free food even if it tastes sub-par, so I won’t and didn’t. However, the main item I wanted was the missing fried rice. I called the restaurant to explain the situation I was made to feeling like I was bothering them for their mistake… Not even an apology. I can deal with the occasional bad food, but terrible customer service is intolerable. I will never go back and will tell all of my friends and family to boycott this despicable establishment.
Ok food, but terrible service. Went there for the first time last night, overpriced food, along with I was served my drink in a dirty glass. When asked for a new drink, the crab-ass bartender refuted the glass is clean, customer service sucks.
Tofu was slimy and the seseame sauce looked and tasted like it had copious amounts of gelatin in it. The chicken egg roll we ordered had shrimp in it. Some of the worst tasting food I have ever had. Go to East Garden a block away if you want good Chinese food.
Dont order delivery!. I cant tell you if the food from this place is decent because I dont know if they will actaully ever deliver it! It was supposed to arrive over a half hour ago. Definately will NOT order from them again. If you do order from them, take the delivery time and multiply it by two, then hope that it gets there by that time, cuz it probably wont!
Very nice buffet along with other nice dinner options. A plus is the beautiful interior and wood carvings.
Worst Chinese EVER. We ordered take-out at about 7pm one evening and it tasted like it had come off the buffet two days before. Really, truly awful food. We picked up 15mins after ordering, and it was already cold.
Ech.. An prime example of unimaginative, dumbed-down Chinese fare.
