The two of us decided to try Morton’s because it was right behind the B&B we were staying. We started off with the Shredded Haystack Onion Rings. Huge basket full! Enough for a table of eight! They were tasty – but also quite greasy. For an entree, we split the Pan Fried Walleye. It came with acorn squash, choice of soup or salad and a choice of side. We got the salad, which was nothing special – mixed greens. For the side, we chose the German Baked Potato. This was a baked potato with hot bacon dressing on it and it was wonderful! The fish was really good too. The meal was more than enough for the two of us to share.

Morton’s Cedarburg. Just returned home from Morton’s tonite & will never go back.Worst service ever. Table of 7 so waitress added 20% gratuity . $26 dollar tip for burgers in a bar. People all around us that arrived after us kept getting their dinners before us. Guaranteed tip does nothing for good service. Food needs some attention also. Chicken enchiladas with 2 types of cheese had no cheese present. The filling was bland, and the rice was wild rice medley with almonds & orange flavor! Potato wedgies called steak fries were hard and bland. Very very disappointed.

My favorite for a steak sandwich and haystack onion rings! Good prices, eclectic atmosphere, good drinks.

Very Disapointing. This is the first restaurant review I’ve ever felt compelled to write. We love Cedarburg so we wanted to try all its good restaurants. We couldn’t get into Farmstead so we headed to Morton’s. It looked like a bar which was scary but there was a waiting list to eat so we took a shot. Our food was terrible. We started with the rib appetizer which tasted like cinnamon? Not good. My wife had the grouper which was tasteless with a baked potato that was so hard it was inedible. I had the garlic and blue cheese ribeye which was a plate of slop – but the onion strings on the side were decent.Maybe all those people were there for a burger? Who knows but we will never go back and if you are expecting fine dining (they have fine dining prices) this is not the place for you….go to Anvil or Farmstead.

GREAT!!. Huge portions, Steak and Burgers are perfect! Sunday bloody mary’s and Breakfast Slammers are top of the line!!NO SMOKING makes the place perfect for families. Great Staff, and the Owner behind the bar is always friendly, good conversation, and willing to roll some dice!Best place in Cedarburg! Tell your friends

Uber Republican setting if you dare…. Good food, not healthy. Good beer list. Sandwiches for lunch are the way to go.

Love the old-school atmosphere. Old-school bar/supper club atmosphere without the cigarette smoke. The tenderloin is melt in your mouth good. The cheese on the french onion soup is fantastic (yes, served with a side of scissors) but the broth is much too salty.
