The food is good, the ice cream is great, though over-priced and the ambiance is cozy. Yet I can’t give this place a good review. Every time I have been to the Choclate Factory I have left unhappy because of the terrible service. They make you feel like they are unhappy to serve you and can ‘t wait to put up the closed sign so they can go home. I feel uncomfortable and unwanted when I go there, so now I don’t.

Nice and simple yet unique. The Chocolate Factory is pretty good. They have a nice variety of of ice cream flavors as well as some unique sub combinations, all of which have been quite tasty. The prices aren’t the best around but for downtown Cedarburg are cheaper than most.
Better bread. Better subs. Big variety of craft ice cream and central location in Cedarburg.
