Great cupcakes! The cinnamon roll cupcake was really unique and delicious. Nice, helpful staff. Cute shop in the heart of downtown Middleton.
Maple Bacon cupcakes are excellent.
Try the Brookies – just leave two for me!. The staff at Bloom Bake Shop alone are a great reason to visit – warm, personable, and top notch! But the delicious small batch baked goodies are just as good, if not better. (It’s a tie really.) Bloom has both regular and vegan treats – I like ’em both. The Brookies (a cookie brownie hybrid) are to die for but the oatmeal raisin cookies and cookie whoopies are a close second. Possibly Bloom Bake Shop makes the best ginger spice cookie in town too. CRAZY GOOD.
Had the most incedible cupcake yeasterday! Chocolate salted caramel!!! OMG it was fantastic Bloom you rock! If you like salty sweet treats then that ones for you. But honestly everything I’ve had from Bloom is amazing you have to go try for yourself!
Best Ever. I worked out 4 miles on my eliptical this morning so I could enjoy my Bloom carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting guilt-free. It is the closest thing I’ve ever come to heaven in my mouth. The cupcake is moist and delicious and the cream cheese frosting is amazing – just the right amount of sweetness.
They are very friendly here and the owner is very enthusiastic. I have tried just about every cupcake and cookie they offer and I still can’t seem to really like anybod them. The non-Vegan cupcakes are too dense and the cake part of the Whoopie Pies are too dry and too salty. The buttercream here is awesome and, to me, that’s what makes the cupcakes. The Vegan cupcakes are surprisingly good. Nice and light and fluffy. This place is kinda pricey with cupcakes and whoopies costing $3 a piece. I’m from the South, so I guess I expect a better product from a bakery, but overall Bloom is okay.
When I went into Bloom for the first time I was hesitant about trying the sweets, I came out happy and feeling totally great. The women who work there are so friendly and sweet. Annemarie, the owner, is unbelievably amazing. The greet you with smiles and hellos. They make cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and my personal favorite…the whoopie pies. Everything is organic and natural. She only uses organic ingredients. All the sweets are yummy and great. They are so creative, she made a cookies and cream cupcake that is THE best. I love Bloom, and will always be pleasantly surprised at their treats.
