Healthier options are found here amongst franchises. Our favorites are the tandoori chicken flatbread and the sweeter salad with cranberries and pecans. Wonderful that this can be done in the half sandwich half salad style. They also sell a nut mix which is good to carry for road trips. breakingnaan.com

It’s good, consistent and convenient – all the things you want from a chain. It has a warm and inviting interior with lots if healthy options!
Okay. I had never even heard of the Cosi chain, which apparently has a coast to coast presence, before I found myself eating there earlier this week. It was pretty comparable to a Panera in fare, price, and atmosphere and our experience fell in the okay, not great range. The menu is a somewhat predictable mix of salads, sandwiches, and soups. We ordered two melts (gorgonzola steak and chicken parm) and a soup (chicken and pasta). The soup was fine, but it was actually our third choice–they simply did not have two other soups that were on the menu. The melts are served on flat bread and look a little like a hot pocket, with most of the goods bunched in the center. The meat in both sandwiches was tender, but the cheese didn’t have much flavor. The space is huge, with room for couches and a fireplace among the many seating options, but was mostly empty for this midweek dinner. Guests order at the counter and have their food brought out to them. It is fairly cheap, but still feels a little overpriced.Grade: C+
Great for a chain!. I have only eaten from their seasonal menu, but it has been great everytime.
Cute environment but I have been there three times and every time they have been sold out of something our group wants to order.
