Great Experience. Six of us had lunch a week ago here. We all had the brisket sandwich because it had been recommended by a friend. We weren’t disappointed. It was delicious! (Everyone agreed.) The wait staff was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely go back and try other options. Handicap parking in the back of the building close to the door was a plus.

Too many bad experiences with service. No idea why this Food Fight Restaurant has so many issues but will not go back. Many other bars in the area have excellent service so no need to go to Craftsman. Too bad the food is generally good
Service horrible!. I have never written a review before, but after multiple attempts at giving Craftsman chance after chance after chance to redeem themselves, they have failed miserably! We live in the neighborhood, and the food is good (when they get the order right, which is rare), so we keep trying. On Sunday we went in for lunch. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was not busy. After placing our order and waiting 45 minutes, I got the waitress’ attention to inquire on our order. She told me that she was so sorry, but there was a huge party upstairs, and the kitchen was backed up. She would check on our order, which she then recited back to us, and had our order wrong! We corrected her as to what we ordered. We waited another 15 minutes. No food. I got her attention again, and she said she would send the manager over. I explained what was going on. He apologized and said our order would be right up. During this whole time, the waitress never checked on us or asked if we wanted refills of our drinks. The order finally came, but the order was wrong! I ordered eggs, and they brought me a salad! I told them to take it back and I didn’t want to wait for eggs. My boyfriend’s food was cold. The manager offered us a $25 gift certificate. I declined. I wasn’t complaining to get a free meal. Also, I told him we would NEVER be back to redeem the coupon. He assured us this never happens. I told him it happens all the time (to us)! We must be invisible. Then to top everything off, as we were walking out of the restaurant, we noticed there was NO PARTY UPSTAIRS! The waitress lied to us! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! We wasted over an hour of hour time on a beautiful Sunday!! I can’t imagine that place being in business much longer. That was probably the fifth or sixth bad experience we had there. Out of every good experience, we had two bad experiences. Sad! Get your act together!
Cheese curds!. It’s the cheese curds that keep me coming back! Well worth trying. You’ll love them!!
Critical Mass on the Salt. My wife and I went there last night hoping to get a decent meal. My wife ordered the Chicken Avocado Wrap. No mention anywhere on the description of onions. My wife hates onions. And yet, there they were. I ordered the pastrami. It consisted of lunchmeat variety pastrami a slab of half melted Swiss, sauerkraut and stoneground mustard. It was terrible.We both ordered the fries. Apparently the cook forgot he had already salted them and decided to salt them again. Inedible.Disclaimer: The waitperson took my sandwich off our bill because she noticed that I hadn’t eaten all of it. Although appreciated, I still won’t eat there again.
