Just OK. Like most of Food Fight’s restaurants, they’re a little overrated and a lot impressed with themselves. I like the diner ambience, and I’ve had some good meals but never anything particularly creative or outstanding. Their pies are so-so. The crusts are limp and the fillings oversweetened. The last time I ate here the soup was so oversalted I couldn’t eat it (to their credit, the manager deducted it from my bill). Bottom line – if someone else was dying to go here, I’d acquiesce, but I have no particular desire to go back.

Best desserts around. I love the 50’s feel of the place. Always clean and neat. Just a bit too noisy during peak hours. fun to go there just for cream pie and coffee.

Awesome food and a super nice wait staff. Went twice during our weekend in Madison. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is MOST EXCELLENT! I’m having the grilled Salmon Salad and their FANTASTIC Waffle Fries. Rachel is a most excellent waitress also and deserves a raise!

Like it a lot. Leather booths. Linolium floor. Very 1950’s diner feel. Had breakfast big platters of eggs. Hash browns. Very good coffee. Service was quick and friendly. Will be back for pie

Used to love this place, but they got rid of their country fried steak (which was amazing). Great pie and good food, but I don’t think it’s worth the trip anymore.

Not bad. Had the quiche and wife had the gibbons omelette. Both were good. A popular place. If in the area probably would be back. Also bought an apple pie. They are known for them so we will give it a try.
