  To whom it may concern:I had to take a day away to cool off before I contact you. My Fianc and her 2 kids (age 20 & 15) and myself decided to visit your establishment on Mothers day for lunch and to take in the scenery. We arrived at 12:25 P.M. and we did observe that the upper patio was full but there was plenty of seating indoors as there was 2 perhaps 3 tables that were occupied. We were seated with-in about 3 minutes and were told a waitress would be right with us. It took us approximately 15 minutes after that to even get our water glassed filled. 10 minutes after that I walked to the bar to order our drinks as we had yet to be waited on. Finally at about 1:10 we had our order taken and given the line of staff didn’t come in etc etc and it may be a few extra minutes. My fianc went up at about 1:30 to get us some more refills at the bar. At about 2:15 I went to order refill number 3 and mentioned it had been almost 2 hours since we had been there. After that I presume a manager showed up at our table, although she never introduced herself, and stated she was sorry and would make it right. Finally at about 2:25 P.M we received our soggy fries and burgers which were good I must say. So 2 1/2 hours before it was all said and done and there was nothing taken off the, our a gift card offered or anything to remotely remind us of an apology. The waitress Jessica stayed positive and I blame this on higher management. I also saw at minimum 14 people walk out after waiting without service over the course of the 2 hours. Highly disappointed and we are giving you the chance to make this right before I post negative reviews on all the sites available. I also want the owner to see this.

  Stopped for fish fry & at 6:00 the place was almost empty. What’s wrong with that pic? We had stopped at Green Acres before 5:00 & couldn’t find a place to park so stopped here. Service was good but food was not good, in fact was bad!! Won’t be back!

  I stopped into Lucky’s a few times over the summer with friends and every time we had a great experience, the staff is very friendly and the food is very good for the price! My favorite dish was the pulled pork sandwich. So yummy! I will definitely be stopping in again soon.
