Having the brunch as I speak – the bacon is all gristle and fat. No syrup for the french toast at the buffet. The scrambled eggs were ok. French toast has potential. The potatoes were not bad either. Overall it’s somewhat of an institututional food type brunch in terms of quality. I think a made to order brunch menu would be better in terms of quality. My next stop will be Thunder Bay Grille to try their brunch next weekend.

Wood Fired Pizzas. Nice atmosphere and extensive menu- attempting a German theme on the menu and dcor in places, but not reflected in the food very well. Wood fired pizzas are really good. Prime rib was massive and the beer was average. Service was rushed and impersonal. I would go back to try it again.
The Delafield Brewhaus is good but not great. Food was hot but service was slow. The beer is good for those who are adventurous but not the true beer lover. My suggestion is Imperial IPA. Would eat there again.
Boo hiss! Where did the hostess learn how to seat people? Another trip there with seating us in the mezzanine. Really two people shouldn’t be three feet away from a party of 10 when perfectly good 4 and 2 tables are open (6, I counted) on our way up there. I don’t want to sit in the bar after telling hostess my displeasure with her choice for my table. Left this time without a new table. You lost us as customers because this was the third time it’s happened. Your food isn’t worth your incompetent hostess team.
Boring. Went to Delafield Brew Haus while in the area for an event. We sat at the bar, and ordered a few beers, were surprised at the size of them. I guess I’m just used to getting a nice size beer at a brew pub. We shared an order of the loaded nachos. They were pretty bad. The chips were stale, they used canned cheese sauce instead of fresh cheese, or at least beer cheese sauce (you are a brew pub). There was barely any pulled pork to be found, actually the only thing there was an abundance of was canned jalapenos. The beer itself was good, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. I had one that was great, the other not so much.
Awesome beer. Had a great fish fry. Loved the micro beer choices. the atmosphere reminded me of a big city brewpub, close to home.
