HORRIBLE!! After reading good reviews, my husband and I decided to check this place out for dinner. Ordered deep fried pickles, a turkey burger and fries and a sirloin burger. The pickle fries and French fries were both undercooked. The turkey burger was way to salty and the sirloin was bland. Got home and my husband (who had the sirloin) went straight into the bathroom where he has remained the rest of the night; sick. Called Grill Junkies to let them know and the owner was rude, told me to come back to the restaurant so he could show me their meat. What good is that now? He said it wasn’t their food and didn’t apologize. Will never go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.
By far the BEST burger I’ve ever had. Seriously, it melts in your mouth. The burger bar is a great idea and the restaurant is comfortable! I will be back very soon. Highly recommend this restaurant!
What a really cool, eclectic place. Part beer garden, part sit down and part burger bar. We each had burger, and made a trip to load up on goodies at the burger bar. They had spring greens, tomato, raw onion, pickles, jalapeos, mushrooms, grilled onions, and the star of show… A really great vinegary slaw that was just the touch of acid needed. We also tried some of the crispy pork wontons… Well my daughter inhaled them! The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. There is also a delicous sounding Asian side of the menu that we didn’t sample this time. Our waitress was the owner I believe. She was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful with the menu. They have a good selection of beers in bottles and even have a chocolate shake that my daughter gave a 100% score. If you are in the Oconomowoc area, you would be remiss not to try this place!
Best burger ever!!!. I’ve been to several countries, and almost every state in the USA. I have never in my life had a better burger anywhere! After eating there my new favorite food is burgers! The only place that comes anywhere near as good is a little burger joint in Napa CA.
Blown away! This could easily be a restaurant in any city and it would be a hit . Amazing service , super friendly and helpful . The atmosphere is tastefully colorful and unquie. You can really taste the freshness in the food . I got the lettuce wraps and they weren’t greasy or over flavored in salt. I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves .
Great Food. Loved this restaurant! Portions are huge and food is clearly made fresh. The sesame garlic boneless chicken wings are a great deal–a ton of them and a low price. We tried those, the fried cheese wontons, pad thai with chicken and the curry. All were yummy. The thai iced coffee is also delicious. The burger options looked good as well and we plan to go back and try those as well as some of the other appetizers. The service was pleasant and food was ready fast.
