Went there for lunch, not very busy but sat at the bar to enjoy the tennis on tv. Food was great but service was awful. Bartender did not give us menus for food until we asked. Did not come back to ask us what we would like or tell us about the specials. We had to ask him after 15 min to put in our order… We ran low on chips.. did he ask us if we wanted more?? No…. food came out. Great food. After we ate we waited and waited for him to address us for more water or dessert or the checks.. nothing.. we had to wave our hands and ask for check… then after he gave us check he asked if we wanted refills.. just very sad. I myself have worked in the service industry and its just not that hard to provide good service.. i think the manager should really look to improve their service… Just gives the place a bad rap. Very sad..
