Dirty, unsafe and slow. We started visiting firehouse subs soon after they first opened and loved it. Over the past year the quality of our visits has become exponentially worse with each visit. The staff seems to leave meat out for long periods of time (if you peek into the back room the slicer is usually full of sliced meat and meat scraps) and is far less friendly and inviting than in the first 6 or 7 months. The hot sauce bottles are consistently disgusting along with the floors and tables. The owner is just some kid from Florida that really doesn’t seem devoted to running a quality establishment.
