My parents and I had the fish fry. Didn’t taste any fish, only breading. Was pretty much like a thin fish stick. My soda was completely watered down as was the second replacement soda she brought. Mashed potatoes and veggies were good but for $90 we felt disappointed. Guess we should have had the steak.
Expensive for the food received. Salmon was overlooked and our steak was tasteless. Martini’s are horrible!!
We visited on a saturday. I had probably the most tender prime rib ever. Service was par for the course. Always have a great time here.
I have been going to Houligans for years. Steaks are good, as are the burgers, salads and fish. They have a great focus on local suppliers and quality ingredients. Nice party room. Try the candied garlic sauce and/or the trout.
Good Steaks. Went here with friends from work and had some good steaks. The portions are good sized and food quality is very good. Their candied garlic sauce was a nice touch with the steak. The prices may seem high, but are comparable to other steakhouses in Eau Claire. The serving staff was very helpful and nice.
