I was always meaning to stop here, as the main street goes around it on 2 sides, but never anywhere to park. Now the building is dark, and the sign on the door says for sale. They did have a real cool pink pig car.
We stumbled into Blair BBQ – there was a sandwich board outside with the daily special for Burnt Ends – oh so special. The food and prices were both great and the staff was friendly and efficient.
So I just stopped back and I like the changes Jim and the crew are making. Attention to food flavor, local sourcing are positive changes I will be bringing some local clients back to the bbq. Go Badgers!!!
