Amazing food. We came in from out of town and took a chance that this place would be good. It was great. Large, private booths, friendly waiter, amazing food (and large portions) and reasonable prices made our night very special. This place would kick the Olive Garden in the ………!!!! Try it.
Like it. Don’t love it. Service is consistently good so I don’t mind coming here. I just wish their food was spicier.
The food was amazing! The fresh baked bread was delicious dupe in the olive oil. I had the roasted garlic shrimp fettuccine and it was very rich and the shrimp were tender. Large selection of tap beers an wine menu.
Horrible. Fish fry was freezer-burned-then-overcooked. Disgusting. Some fries were underdone, some overdone. The stuffed mushrooms were literally floating in butter and not seasoned. The pasta was also unseasoned and totally not worth it. It was awful. All the seafood is processed and from the freezer. To top it all off, after drinking a few sips of my chianti, I noticed the glass had a large crack in it that wrapped down and around the whole glass…seriously. The worst dining experience I think I have ever had. I will never dine here again.
This place is terrible. I called ahead to make a reservation, and apparently they dont do them. instead they put me on a call ahead list that should have cut my wait time in half. I got here at 7:30 when I put my name in for, and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes to be seated. our waitress then didnt come for another at least 10 minutes. the food was pretty good, but not worth the wait.
Consistently good service from the staff. Pasta dishes are always tasty and arrive quickly. The bread could be a little more robust but it works. I visit often because I know what I’m getting and it’s always good.
Our review ~ Benvenuto’s. I love this place! So much so that my husband and I eat there every Friday night. I have never been to a place that has so many GOOD things on the menu. My favoraite is the Black & Bleu New York Strip. My husbands is the chicken and artichoke calzone (to die for!). The best dessert in the whole world is the peanut butter pie. Unbelievable. I ordered seven slices to pick up for my dad’s birthday tomorrow. The booths are so tall and private. The fountain in the middle of the already romantic room sets the mood to relax and enjoy. Then to have the perfect soft music too? I feel so special when I go there…still after all this time! We started out going every Friday to end the work week in style and order something new each time, as everything is so good. Then we kept coming because we thought, why go anywhere else when everything we like is right here? Enjoy!
