This is a franchise restaurant but works great for a quick fix. Staff is friendly and location is close to grocery stores and supermarts so easy to stop in for a convenient bite. The wraps are made on demand using a pizza like press. Our go to order here is a cheese quesedilla with sweet corn salsa, pico de gallo and jalapenos. The salsas on the side are hot and flavorful and the sour cream is a cooling dip for the quesedilla. breakingnaan.com

I thought this place was pretty awesome. Good value for the money and the burritos are delicious. Sometimes it seems like Madison’s view of Mexican is that it’s bland, tasteless and cheap. Living in San Antonio made me realize that doesn’t have to be the case. Panchero’s takes me back there.

Tried it – not likely to return.. We were excited to see another fast-food Mexican restaurant open closer to town and decided to give Panchero’s next to Super Target a try. The DH ordered the barbacoa burrito and I, the veggie Burrito Bowl. At first, we were commenting on how good everything tasted. Then after the 5th bite, we started to comment on how each ingredients seemed to be watered down (apparent, as the burrito was leaking and falling apart), the corn seemed to be canned and the DH was questioning the origin of the beef. When we dined, they had a text club where you can sign up and get free queso and chips on the spot. The chips are black corn and queso was awesome! Highlight of our experience. In short, I’d return for the chips and queso, but if your looking for a burrito fix, try Chipotle off of Junction Road.
