Amazing. Great service, Great food, Stopped in before my wife and I went to go see a movie, our server was awesome!!! She did an excellent job, the place was packed, our drinks and food arrived fast and was hot, I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
Skip It. The staff was unpleasant and inattentive. Once we wanted to pay, it took almost 20 minutes for the waitress to take our check. The food was mediocre and expensive for the relatively low quality. There are far better placed to eat in the area, including similar tavern like restaurants. You can skip this place.
Good food, amazing service. My family and I were looking to try something different, so we tried here. We ordered deep fried cheese curds and poutine, fries and unbreaded curds with delicious gravy (served on the side, for those less adventurous). I want the recipe for that gravy, it was so good! I ordered a patty melt and sweet potato fries. Both were delicious. None of us could finish the entrees because they were huge. The salmon melted in your mouth and the pear (on the pear and duck salad) was sweet and crispy. We did get talked into dessert. There were only two choices, and both were delicious.The best part was our server, R. He was courteous, quick, and efficient. He didn’t hover but was there always right when we needed him. He even understood my pantomimed plea for a box to put leftovers in (my mouth was full and it would’ve been rude to talk). He engaged in small talk when he could and was quite charming.I do have one qualm. We had a couple of the appetizer plates come out with some small food particles on them. This kinda grossed out my Mom, but I was ok with it. I guess as a at home hand-washer myself, I just rewash those ones and don’t freak out. Still, hopefully they will get their dishwasher fixed up soon.
Great addition to the neighborhood.. I’ve been here multiple times and have found it to be great each time. I get a Scotch egg and limited release beer on every trip. Great beer selection. Great food. Convenient location. What else do you need? Give it a try.
Not impressed. Wait person was rude and menu is not appealing. Pricey for what you get and very loud.
Great food. Pub dinner menu is great. I’ve had bangers and mash and the salmon, which was perfect. Wine list is also varied and good. My second visit was on a rainy, cold Thursday and the place was packed! Service is swift and efficient, worth the short wait!
Awesome. Huge tap list, with some unique choices. Great burger, crispy fries. Will be back.
