A coffee shop where you can hang out and get some work done with good coffee. Baristas are friendly and quite knowledgeable. More importantly it is an on-site roastery. You will get good advice on picking a coffee of choice based on your palate. They will recommend a good origion and roast intensity for your liking as well as provide whole beans or fresh ground coffee to suit your brewing methods grind size. One of my favorite coffees here are the brazilian and the ethiopian. You can start a rewards card here if you frequent the store as well.One awesome thing is they will make you pour-over coffee. If you have some time on uour hands, this makes a delicious brew. They also feature some snacks and bakery items but i have not tried them yet although i have been tempted by the looks of pain de raisin. breakingnaan.com
TRUE Coffee. I have enjoyed the fresh roasted coffee as bothas an in-house endeavor and have cans of their beans to enjoy at work as well. I’ve always found their staff, especially the morning crew(s) attentive, friendly, and efficient with their service. Definitely worth a stop!
3 strikes and you’re out!. The coffee shop is located in a small strip mall hidden behind the main road. They roast on location and serve pour-overs of their coffee. The coffee doesn’t taste as good as Barriques, Ancora or Alterra. When I was there last there were no other customers in the building. I purchased drip coffee and pour-over coffee. The pour-over was not done correctly and the coffee was cold. I thought it was cool that they sold whole bean coffee in cans but I won’t be going back to buy them because after the third try- they’re out!
