Best Coffee. For the record I have worked in a total of 5 coffee house’s and I can say that I am a little versed in the Trade. This Coffee is roasted in Two Rivers, the Espresso machines are well maintained, and the owner makes sure her staff is well trained.I almost always get an Americano, now I am picky on the way it is made from the pulling of the shot to the creme, that needs to be on the top. There is never a bitter Taste to the Espresso, It is smooth and Rich tasting.Now I will have to stop there again to grab another.There is none better in the area, seriously I have tried them all in Fond Du Lac, you will not find better coffee, unless you roast your own.

As a coffee lover, it is great to have a new fabulous coffee shop in town. Experienced baristas who take pride in their brews and have the best customer service make this a must drive through in Fondy. Freshly roasted locally sourced beans means your coffee is fresher than any other place in town. A+ friendliness.
How good can coffee be?. Very, very good when it is made from the specially roasted beans used in the coffee at The Uba. The menu coffees are always good, but they have been very enthusiastic about accomodating my special requests too. I’ve introduced Cuban Coffee from The Uba to colleagues around the office and it is a favorite treat! Quite authentic and perfect when we need to feel the Miami morning sunshine.If you are going to get a coffee, it might as well be from an Artisan. You’ll see how good coffee can be.
