They serve the best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had! Way better than McBobs IMO. Only thing I’ve had there (3 so far) up until this Friday when I had the beer batter fish. Very tasty but a little on the pricey side (like most seafood). Clam chowder was great! Cook said it’s usually served with bacon in it but I was there during Lent.
Had Fish Fry and Breakfast – both excellent!. Been there twice for fish fry and both times it was very good. First time we both had baked fish and the second time my hubby had fish fry and I had the perch. Both were excellent. The chef came out and talked to people at the tables and so did the owner. Everyone there was very friendly. Someone said the tables were wobbly, well you will be happy to know they have all new tables and chairs and they don’t wobble!Today we were there for breakfast and both of us had steak and eggs. We thought our breakfast was very good – but did think the service was a little slow for a 9:45 AM breakfast and for a restaurant that was almost empty. They can improve on the speed of the service. This is an older building and has relatively new owners (1 year). We have been satisfied with our 3 visits but believe it is work in progress and believe people should be patient. My husband heard about this place through word of mouth and that is why we gave it a try – 3 times and never disappointed.

Terrible Service!. Went here Friday 2-20-15. Got there at 4:30. Walked out at 5:40! The worst service I ever saw and only the 2nd time I ever walked out of a place. No one at the bar acknowledged us, we waited over 5 min. to get a beer and there wasn’t any one else at the bar! finally got a beer, asked for a table. They completely ignored the request, walked around doing other things, didn’t seat us for 20 min. we asked again, finally got put at a table with some other people. ONE waitress and it was her first day I think (someone said so). She kept walking past us, I asked if we could order?? OK she says but kept walking around in a Zombie daze and never came to us again. She went to a table with 4 people who just sat down and there we are waiting and waiting to order!! After another 20 min. of being completely ignored, we left. Went to Muskego Lakes Country Club and had a fabulous fish fry. Good luck, maybe you guys need to hire some help?? Get your act together.
Restaurant or bar?. Me and my family went here on a Friday night for the dinner and it was awful. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and it ended up being you’re typically greasy bar food.staff seemed unfriendly and looked like they were having to much fun at the bar.
Bad Service / Ok Food. Either they had coke that didn’t have a good mixture or it was something that they just called coke and its a cheaper imitation at this restaurant. I ordered a burger with sauted onions, and they came out raw. My burger was ordered medium, and it came back medium well/well done. We went there with our kids, and any table that we tried to sit at was wobbly, not comfortable and small. Speaking of kids, they don’t have a kids menu. The server was basically looking to push us out at the end before my one son even finished his meal. The place was not that busy as there were open tables throughout. The food took a very long time (2 burgers, and a fish fry close to 30 minutes). The server was not very welcoming and didn’t even know all of the details to the menu. Don’t waste your time here.
