LOVED IT!!!. Visited Atlas BBQ twice this weekend just so we could try more menu items. The burnt ends were fabulous, loved the fried pickles and the corn chowder was very very tasty. We tried the pulled pork – sooo tender – to sample the sauces with. Unfortunately, I cannot remember which sauce was which, but I was most fond of the Asian one and my husband the Texas and NC ones. My husband loved the brisket and the ribs and I thought they Cuban was to die for! Also tried the burger which was also fantastic ( we went with a big group so we sampled everyone’s meals ) My side of choice was the mac and cheese and the fries might have been the best I’ve ever had – I have developed a craving for them! Kids loved the chicken tenders, burnt ends, corn bread and the fries. Not much room for dessert, but we did get a bite of the key lime and the carrot cake – both very tasty. Can’t wait to go back!!
My girlfriend and I were quite pleased with Atlas. The burnt ends were amazing. The fried pickles varied. Some pickles were cut very thick and some very thin, but they all had the same ount of breading. So some pieces it was like eating just fried batter. We shared a three meat platter with St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. You could definitely taste the smoke in all the meats which was good. The brisket was kinda dry. The pulled pork and ribs were good. The west and east sauces were very good. The X sauce was was fairly good. We were not fans of the north and south sauces. Maybe if the vinegare bbq sauce were replaced with a mustard based bbq sauce, but that is our personal preference. The sides were good. We shared the mac and cheese, cole slaw, and fries. We loved the mac and cheese. I liked the fries. Neither of us were impressed with the cole slaw. The staff was very friendly.
Love it every time! The pork nachos, pickles, and pulled pork are some of our favorites. All of the sauces and dips are great.
Awesome. Love the nachos with pork! Sitting outside in the front patio was great. Felt like summer. Pork and cheese sand sounded so different but the combination is awesome.
Great Restaurant in Grafton!. I have eaten at the Atlas BBQ serveral times and taken family, friends and business associates. The service has always been excellent and the food is terrific!
Best BBQ around! Grilled cheese sandwich was awesome! Nice atmosphere and looking forward to the outdoor seating and back yard bar.
