Great local suggestion from our co-workers. Amy was great in helping us make our selection. My Ale House Burger was huge & absolutely fantastic. The Bavarian Pretzel was also good.
I liked this place a lot. Moseyed in on a frigid January Monday in December. Sat at the bar since I was out and about on business. My bartender allowed me to sample a Outboard Cream Ale, which was outstanding and started my evening off well. The next best thing he did was to suggest the Soup of the Day – CheeseBurger! Certainly not a light way to begin my meal, but it was excellent and I would probably get it every time. As for my entree, I ordered the Margherita Flatbread. A little heavy on the cheese for a flatbread, but I am not complaining. It was delicious. Overall, food was very good.My only suggestion is that the bartender was very focused on his regulars. I get it, that is where he makes his $$. But as a first time guest, he missed some opportunities with me. Minor things, but opportunities for him to make more of a tip from me.All in all though, this place is a winner.
