I Find This Odd…. We eat breakfast here occasionally, when we want something quick, easy, and moderately priced. IHOP puts out a coupon for buy one entree, get one free (with two drinks), which leads to a reasonably priced meal for two with reliably yummy breakfast foods. The low rating has me a bit confused… especially the other reviewer who mentions Perkins is better (here in Appleton, the Perkins waitstaff is rude as can be, and the food at every Perkins is severely lacking in my opinion – but that’s another matter). I would never claim that IHOP’s breakfast is the best around, but they’re not bad and the waitresses here are all amazing. Every single one that I’ve had was efficient and friendly, and the food’s never been bad (especially by chain restaurant standards). Just my opinion, but IHOP trumps Perkins and will get my business over them any time.
