Over Priced for quality. I’ve heard their sushi is very good but the calamari that I had was overcooked, under seasoned, and had no substance to it. The grilled scallops were cooked perfectly but the sauce was disgustingly salty. There were good things and bad things but overall I give it a 6/10.

Awesome. I have been to Osaka twice and It was incredible both times. They were always attentive, our waiter was great, and the Chef was funny. Not to mention the food, it can easily compete with Katsuya of Japan. Absolutely delicious.
Terrible Service. It seems as if this places only cares if you’re about to walk out. When we arrived on a Sunday evening, there was no host to be found. We waited about 10 minutes while a few other parties came in to wait as well. I waiter brought some menus and put them at the host station, but chose to ignore us. Finally I went and grabbed a waitress who sat us in the sushi section. We waited another 10-15 minutes with no one coming by. As I went to grab my coat my husband grabbed some lady and told her we were ready to order. Long story short [too late ;)] Absolutely horrid service, and we won’t be back. Which is sad because their food is quite good.
Good food, terrible service! Waitress would not check in for drink refills and after waiting at the bar for 5min for the bar tender to notice I was there, I was told they we’re out of tall glasses for mixed drinks. However, the waters at the table we’re served in tall glasses. Then I was forced to pay an gratuity on a five person party. Overall service was very inattentive and extremely slow. I will never go back.
Terrible Service. We ate dinner at Osaka on a Friday night. Our waiter was terrible, you you could tell he could care less about us. We order several sushi rolls and he just dropped them off at our table, and we never saw him again. He never asked us how the meal was going. We also ordered an appetizer, and it never came. When we reminded him about it, he didn’t even apologize. The sushi was okay, but over priced for what we got. There are many other much better sushi restaurants in the area. I will NOT be returning to Osaka.
Very good. I have been several times to Osaka and my experience has been great. I can see where people can dislike the service because it can sometimes be hard to understand the staff but they are very friendly and serviceable. The food is fresh adn tastes great and the prices are reasonable and in lines with the sushi restaurantes in the area.I would definitely recommend it.
