Brrr. Ok, its been cold outside, but the restaurant is wicked cold INSIDE. The wait staff is in winter jackets, and no one wants to explain why. Wtf? Sushi in gloves just doesn’t work. No apology, no warm tea and ‘our furnace is out and we are working on it.’ Just ignore the question. On the plus side, the food was decent, the service fair. But really…a 50 degree restaurant deserves at least an explanation. If not a blanket and s space heater!
Not worth the money at all. I have eaten at every sushi place in the area and this is hands down the worst. I had several rolls and every one of them was very dry and void of any flavor at all. It tasted as though the rolls were frozen and then put in a microwave. Very, very poor quality. The building and the atmosphere appear to be ok but upon closer examination it is not clean and not well kept up at all. For the price I do not recommend this place at all.

The second time we went for hibachi, and I love hibachi, this place was terrible We walk in to sit down and i notice a very large chip in my plate.I point out to the server hey this plate has a chip in it. She goes back into the back and someone (no idea who) comes looks at my plate then has the server remove it and then puts it at another table. Like oh im sure the next person wont mind. I look around at my group and over half the plates had chips in them. Who would let that go in there restaurant ? My salad come out I start eating it and i find it has a piece of a plastic bag still int it. I point this out the the hibachi cook and server, she offers to take it away for me thats it. Not a single apology. I enjoy hibachi for the show for the fun for the entertainment, this is the worst hibachi cook / experience i have ever had. the soup was bad but the meat and veggies were ok. Honestly for my money Nakashima’s it is.
