Good cheese alone does not elevate mediocre pizza into something excellent. Better than your chain pizza? Absolutely. Memorable? Absolutely not. Soggy crust, watery red sauce, an inch of chese, and a few sparse toppings. The Odyssey simply made me long for pizza for one of the many excellent places I’ve eaten at.
