Terrible customer service. Pizza is good. That is why i gave this place a call after boycotting it for over a year because of prior poor service. Called tonight and was put on hold right away. Once someone spoke with me, i explained i had a coupon. She tried 3 times to find the coupon on her system. Finally she took my order. I had to repeat myself four times. How hard is 2 large pizzas, 1 sausage and pep, 1 sausage and mushroom. With the order complete, she tells me the pizza will be ready in an hour. I had requested carry out. 1 hour for carry out? I passed on pizza. How does this place stay open but jakes is closed.
