Mmmmmmexican. Pretty solid Mexican fare. Huge portions so don’t worry about getting enough on your plate. Chips and salsa is great, but the guacamole could do with about half the amount of onions. It can be loud, packed, and the mariachi’s can be rocking on the weekends, but that’s not a bad thing.
Next Time I Will Get My Food to Go…. We were totally disappointed with El Besso…The food was good. Our waitress was good…But, the large, drunken, cursing and yelling group we were seated next to kinda ruined the whole evening for us. Oh yeah, did I mention that we were at El Besso with our young daughter? Hey, I like to have a good time as much as the next guy. But in a public restaurant yelling as loudly as you can and cursing loudly simply isn’t acceptable. And, if you manage a restaurant and do nothing to quiet folks down who are clearly out of control…you may want to rethink your line of work.I also really felt sorry for our waitress. When I initially complained to her about the noise she did go and try to find someone to take care of it.When things only grew louder, we decided to take what was left of our food and go home. As I was leaving I asked to speak with a manager. When I explained my disappointment to the manager my jaw nearly hit the floor when he asked me what he was supposed to do about it…and told me that next time if it was too noisy I should just get my food to go.Guess what…there won’t be a next time for us.
Amazing bar! Some stuff isn’t the best but all in all a great place to eat and drink.
Had lunch there with my wife today, it was very tasty and our waitress was pleasant and helpful. Nothing too special but worth a try. Food came out almost immediately, either they are insanely fast or it leads me to think the food was premade but otherwise it was still good and I recommend it.
My girlfriend and I greatly enjoy it here! The food is excellent and they have great service. We are addicted to the complimentary, unlimited warm chips and salsa that’s served!
Everyone says the chips and salsa are good and I have to agree. The food was pretty good, a bit pricey but not too bad. Queso is king as there’s definitely no shortage of cheese on the food.
Chips and salsa were excellent. Food portions were above average. Loud atmosphere, the Mariachi band was great.
