I salivate for Famous Dave’s. I should not be so enamored with a BBQ chain, but I love Famous Dave’s. Their sauces are flavorful. The meats are perfectly smoked. I love the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. In fact, the platters offer too much food. Stick with the basics, though. The specials like salmon and Dr. Pepper BBQ will not satisfy you. One word about this location, the wait staff is kind of slow and… well, dumb.
