Lousy Dinner. Have been here before and have never had a meal or service this bad. I ordered tortellini with garlic and herb sauce. The sauce was very thick and white – was more like an Alfredo sauce. I told the waiter that I did not like it. He did not say he was sorry nor did he offer me another choice and he did not offer to take it off my bill. I asked to speak with the manager. She was worse. She brought 3 cups of sauces telling me that I was wrong and that what I had was their garlic and herb sauce. This restaurant offered me nothing as recompense for the bad food or poor service. A good restaurant would offer a patron something. They did not.

Week night dinner. Nice bottomless salad, warm breadsticks and friendly service. Both pasta dishes were good. Not a destination, but reasonably priced and daily specials make it worth a visit.

Just OK. I visited this restaurant for lunch and thought it was ok for what it is. To me it seems like a low-cost alternative for a lunch….mainly for the senior crowd. I can understand why they would like to visit. One big gripe….the mushrooms served with my steak, were canned – not fresh. A definite sign of a poor restaurant. Frankly Olive Garden beats this place by a mile.

Better to burn out than fade away. My husband and I read the reviews after the couple we were going out with made reservations at this restaurant. We weren’t impressed, but our friends had been there before and thought it was worth our Saturday evening. The service was fair and the restartaurant was ‘eh’.The low prices reflect the average food. The red sauce on the pasta was watered down – not thick enough. The waitress never asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. The ravioli reminded me of the better raviolis purchased at better food stores. Two of the orders had to be sent back to the kitchen as the wrong orders were brought out.I dont think we will be returning

Very dissatisfied. A group of eight family members and I chose to dine here and over half of us left unhappy. The service was both slow and poor at best. The food that they actually got right wasn’t even on the level of something from the frozen foods section at the grocery store designed for a microwave. The portions were small unlike the prices, we will not be returning here. Every business makes mistakes and has bad days but I think this many issues is more than a bad day.

I can’t believe all the bad reviews I’m reading I’ve been going to that’s amore for 20 years and I absolutely love it. I too have never had a bad drink or male and the people are fabulous I would recommend it to anybody

We ended up walking out before we were served. The hostess said all 5 of us had to squeeze into a booth or they were unable to serve us. We sat down and waited 10 min for drinks, and ended up just leaving. As we left nobody said a word to us. Totally unacceptable.
