As expected, my date and I had to wait to get a table (45min). The hostess recommended nearby bars to visit in the meantime. I appreciated the good customer service and courtesy of calling us once table became available. Once it was, we were giving wall seats.I enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. I didnt experience any rudeness. Bathroom could use cleaning however. Food: I had a cheesy italian sausage dish …yummy. pleased the noodles werent overcooked and cheese was creamy, not sticky.I would recommend. Always cool to try somewhere new.
Perfect Date Night Dining. This is my new fav restaurant. The three times I have been to Centro Cafe, the atmosphere and service has been spot on, unlike with some of the other ‘spoon reviews. The server has been helpful picking out a great wine to pair with what we order – I highly recommend the grilled asparagus wraps to start, the rocket salad (so simple, but so good) and the gnudi (so good you’ll want to lick the bowl). Can’t wait to go back.
We enjoyed a divine dinner last night after the theater. The salad, wine and pasta were superb! Our waiter was delightful and the dining experience simply charming. Yum!. Everyone I have taken here loved it. Service can be slow at times. It seems like it is hit or miss as far as staff. I’ve never really had to wait more than 20 minutes for a table (just lucky?) and am in love with their meatballs and the rocket salad. Seems as if this is a love or hate kind of place?

Took my girlfriend for date night and really enjoyed it. We opted to sit in the bar for a little more space and the bartender helped us with wine and food selections. My girlfriend had the pesto pasta (great options all around for vegetarians) and I had the Italian sausage pasta. I don’t remember the exact names of the dishes so sorry… The pairing of the sausage and the portabella mushrooms was nothing short of amazing. We went with the salted Carmel gelato that again exceeded our expectations.
