The best Chinese food (or Americanese as my husband calls it) and sushi in Hudson. The sushi is a newer offering and we’ve found their rolls to be very generous with the portions/ingredients, and variety. Yes, there are more adventurous authentic options in the cities but you’ll also pay a lot more as well. They recently updated the interior, great customer service (the owner is typically present and recalls repeat customers), diverse tasty menu, and you can tell that they really try to please their customers. They offer sit-down and take-out, fast service, and a great location in historic downtown Hudson.

Red Diamon Roll. Fresh, sweet, spicy and delicious. Would recommend and will purchase again.
Service–excellent,waitress very attentive.Food–horrible, am almost certain that the egg rolls are the frozen kind you can get at Sam’s. Everything is drowning is sauce so you can’t even taste the food, when I got my plate it looked like a big pile of slop. Food delivered in literally three minutes minutes suggests it was sitting out all day. Really expensive for what it was, could have gotten a better Chinese meal from the freezer section at the grocery store for 1/3 the price.
Good but not the best. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Food was good, but not the best Chinese food I’ve had. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. Unless you have a huge appetite, you will need a doggie bag.
Not Very Good. And for the price ($41 w/ tip), it really wasn’t anything special. We ate there on a weekday afternoon, and were the only actual customers there, so why they rushed the food out is beyond me. I ordered Curry Chicken, an almost no fail dish; the sauce was way too salty, and I could taste that the chicken hadn’t even been seasoned. Talk about bland, yuck. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.
Amazing. If you live in River Falls and are sick of the nasty Chinese food there, take my advice, come to the Dragon Pearl. You will not be sorry, my friend. The Fried Rice is amazing, my daughter(2yrs.) and I, have to get the big thing of rice or their will not be enough, and there is alot! Potstickers and Fried wontons are amazing appetizers. I am a fan of the Chicken Lo mein, or if I am feeling sassy, the Kung Pao Chicken! Be prepared for a nap afterward, I guarantee you will eat way too much!
