Stopped in for an early dinner. Food is great and service very friendly. Would highly recommend. Come hungry so you can enjoy the great pasta and still have room for dessert!
Good food and service!. We visited Mama Maria’s after good reviews from some Hudson locals. We sat out on the patio. The manager came and talked with us when we arrived and said our waiter was new and we would be her first table and that if we needed anything to contact her. The food was great the patio was great and the new waitress and manager all where great. We really liked the Baked Brie which was served with a whole roasted head of garlic(awesome) and fresh fruit. We also enjoyed the Stuffed Artichoke Hearts, Artichoke hearts filled with a tangy blend of cheeses and baked in parmesan cream sauce.
Wow!!!. Great dishes and reasonably priced. We were very surprised and please on how great the food was. Portions are huge –but we found them to be just right.
Great gluten-free pasta. Mama Marias can do many of their pasta dishes with gluten-free pasta.
Wow!. A suprise gem tucked just outside Hudson! Food was excellent. Champagne chicken was my choice. Bruschetta (two pieces each of four varieties) was incredible. They take reservations! Enjoy!
Now that’s Italian!!. Exellent Italian cuisine from both Northern and Southern Italy. Nightly specials. Very nice variety of pastas,good soups and salads. If they have it,try the cioppino soup. You’ll think you’re in San Francisco where they invented it! Good wine list at fair prices. Full bar. Fireplace very cozy in the winter! Reservations are a must for the weekend!! Get a dessert to split with your sweetie!
