  Went to Fazolis @ 2105 Humes Rd, Janesville, WI 53545 on 8/8/17 @ 4:18pm with my son. We both order the same thing anytime we go to Fazolis. We were waited on by Elizabeth. I ordered him the Rigatoni with meat sauce and I get the lunch pick 2 of spaghetti with meat sauce. Pretty easy order. Well out came a Baked Rigatoni (my son doesnt like cheese). I took the dish to the register and told Elizabeth that this is not what I ordered and she proceeded to say Yes it is in a rude manor. I calmly told her no I never said Baked. She stomped off into the back and shortly another worker brought out the correct dish. A manager (man) came out and gave me $.50 saying that was the difference in price and then a minute later came out again and gave me a gift card for my next visit. No biggie, mistakes happen was miffed by Elizabeths tone and attitude but didnt let it ruin our day.Fast forward to 8/10/17 when I went to Fazolis again this time with my daughter. Once again Elizabeth was there taking our order. Again, ordered the same thing I always do ( lunch pick 2 of spaghetti and meat sauce). My daughter ordered her dish (which was correct). Out came the food and at the time Elizabeth was filling the ice machine. My order was wrong. I looked at the receipt and yep, said spaghetti with marinara sauce not meat sauce. OK, irritating but not a big deal. I went to Elizabeth at the ice machine and said my order isnt correct, this is marinara sauce and I ordered meat sauce. She very loudly and with a tone said No you didnt, you ordered marinara sauce. I told her not I did not that I order the same thing every time I come in. She scowled and walked away from me. I told her to get a manager. I went and sat back down at my table and could hear Elizabeth in the kitchen yelling. Another worker (Sharon) came up to me and apologized and offered to correct my order. Then out came a manager (Andrea) asking what the problem was. I explained about the error, the previous error and the poor treatment I received from Elizabeth. Her response was Can I get you a free desert. You could hear Elizabeth yelling from the dining room so I told Andrea that if Elizabeth has something to say to me then she should come out and confront me. Andrea blew it off and said oh shes not yelling. I told Andrea that I wanted a refund that I was never coming there again, so she just walked away without saying anything. In the mean time Sharon delivered the correct dish very politely and again apologized. I thanked her and told her I would not be eating it, that I requested a refund and would never be back. She shared with me that she confronted Elizabeth about walking away from me and agreed that Elizabeth was in the back yelling about me. I thanked Sharon for her kindness and told her it was a shame they were loosing customers because of Elizabeth and Andrea. Andrea did come back out and set my refund on the table and started to walk away. I then asked her for the phone number for the main office and she just said you can get it online at Fazolis.com and walked away. Nice family atmosphere Fazolis!
