I placed an order for delivery and the order did not arrive until an hour and a half later! When it did come the food was cold and a few of the items were missing that I had paid for. I called back and spoke to the owner and she said she was going to resend the entire order. After two hours with no food I called back and spoke to a manager who said she was never going to send the food. I asked to speak to the owner who was going to resend the order and the manager told me she was next to her when she told me she was going to send it and knew she was not going to send it. She said we are refunding the money and hung up. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! The food was not good and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. In a city this big to be competitive you would think they would show some appreciation for their customers. WOW. HORRIBLE!
