Excellent spot for a great sandwich or salad. Luke’s roasts turkeys in house daily and the results make for a very tasty turkey sandwich. I like the shredded turkey on the fresh french bread or the wheat bread. The gyro is a favorite of one of my friends. We often eat lunch at Lukes and are never disappointed. Nothing fancy here. You step up to the counter, place your order and pick up your food when your number is called. You bus your own dishes too.

Observing the ‘same locals’ each of my visits, tells me they’ve latched onto something good. Feeling like a local now and Luke’s varied menu will keep me coming back.

One of the few remaining non-chains. A great place to get non-chain restaurant food, and that is rare in Janesville. My favorite entree is the Turkey Almond Salad with Raspberry Vinagrette. Luke’s roasts their own turkey each day, so you can count on it to be fresh and tasty. A great salad to try is the Chicken Salad. The food is like what my Mom would make, if she could cook.
Luke’s is a family favorite!!!! My personal favorite is the garlic tukey wrap. I’m on a diet, and Lukes is a good place to go to eat a little heathier. Many choices to choose from, ranging from hotdogs to burgers to sandwiches and salads to custard. Don’t hesitate to come; you won’t be dissapointed!!!
