Still the best pizza. I haven’t had a tony and marias pizza since 1984, so when I was in Janesville, this weekend,, 11-16-14, I had a large, sausage pizza, the first bite told me that this was again the best pizza that I have had the pleasure of devouring. now, I gfotta drive 400 miles to superior, wi, with a full and satisfied stomach. thanks.
Best pizza in town, hands down. There is no other pizza in this area that comes close to Tony and Marias! Takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get your pizza but it’s worth every second of the wait. It’s a small place so they don’t have a lot of cooking space to crank the pizzas out like these other mediocre pizza joints.
Love ordering from Tony and Maria’s every time I’m in Janesville. I’m in town once a year and Maria always remembers who I am. Great pizza and even better people preparing it. If you want the best pizza in town this is the place!
Great Pizza. One of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had! Pricey? Yes, but where 2 large Pizza Hut feed us, we only need one from Tony & Maria’s – there are more toppings and much more filling! Don’t let the price fool you!
Good food….. The pizza is good but….. They charge whatever they fell like that day. I don’t like to order over the phone because they always jack up the price. When you go in at least they have a board with prices. I got a large pizza with canadian bacon and pineapple and it cost 38 bucks?!?!? That seems a bit outrageous.
Terrible Pizza!. In the search for a great pizza in Janesville? Don’t go to Tony & Maria’s. If you do there are some things you should know. Don’t say the word Cheese when you order! If you order a cheese & mushroom Pizza, they think you mean Extra Cheese & canned mushrooms and will charge you $2 for extra cheese. The Pizza is loaded so full of cheese you can’t tell what else is on it. The crust is soggy, the sauce was bland, and the topping don’t stick to the crust. Big disappointment! 🙁
Pizza was good… it just took an hour and 45 to get here on a Tue night.
