Daily chef grills chicken out on the patio bbq where you can also eat-recently updated. All food made to order. Enchiladas are one of our favorites here. Pair any with nice selection of beers(not pricey) , cocktails or wine. This family works very hard to provide great value in what you order. They always start you with a cup of their daily soup regardless of anything else you order.
Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had! Waitress thought she had taken my order and finally I waived her down. Food was mediocre, seafood fajitas were very fishy. Don’t expect to use a Restaurant.com certificate here, they don’t know how to redeem, they will just tell you if is invalid.
Pleasant, good service, generous food proportions. They started us all with tortilla soup (included) and a set up of tortilla chips and a range of salsas. My friends had the grill brought to the table, and it looked fantastic. I had chili rellenos. They were a bit bland and the refried beans were over-cooked and dry. Still, it was not bad. I’d suggest going for their specials first. We will go again because it was just such a relaxed and friendly place, with good service, good prices, and quite decent food.
Slow Service, Hot Crotch. We were seated, did not get our order taken for about 15 mins then were not served until an hour later! No, it was not busy, but apparently one of the other tables ordered something that took up the entire grill. We would have been more understanding had they came to explain the wait at any point, but instead, after 45 mins, my dad went up and asked. The huge order before us was some sort of seafood and it stunk up the place royally. Then some sort of spices hit the air that had the whole restaurant coughing and sneezing. When I finally had my food (I think it was a steak taco and a pork tostada combo), it tasted so bad I lost my appetite – way too salty! My mom only ate the pale tomato and shredded lettuce on the side of her plate. The horchata tasted too much like a cinnamon candy for my taste, but I know some people must like it that way. As we were leaving, the girl brought out the side of sour cream I ordered with the meal. They did give us a partial refund. The worst part was I had a date right after dinner, and that grilled seafood left me smelling VERY strongly like hot crotch. It was so disgusting. Thankfully (?) my date was recovering from a sinus infection and didn’t notice.
