I have ordered from them a ton, and never had a bad experience with their service. I love the egg foo young, Crab Rangoon and sweet and sour pork.
Very polite and helpful. I like many vegetarian options and they will make stir fried tofu with General Tso sauce for me even though it isn’t on the menu. I also like the Schezuan fried tofu, and mein fun, my husband likes the egg foo young and crab ragoons.
Don’t expect your order!. I ordered from them and NEVER go my order. It was after 2 hours and 4 phone calls asking about the location of my order that I finally cancelled the order and demanded my funds back. I got no real apology. Each time I called they said they had contacted the driver. On my third call they had the audacity to tell me it was raining out so it was busy. I will never order from them again. Please beware if you order you may never actually get your order!
