Best italian everything!. You can’t go wrong at Paielli’s…their homemade donuts are fabulous! Forget Krispy Kreme- long johns actually filled with custard (not frosting or fake anything!), bismarks with yummy jelly, cyclops with the dollop of buttercream frosting, glazed twists, cake donuts, french donuts, almond horns and my dad’s absolute favorite is the pecan roll with gooey nuts on top…not only are the donuts awesome…but, you can’t go wrong with the bread- seeded crusty rolls, loaves, sliced bread, paisano bread…thank God I don’t live in Kenosha…i’d have to stop every day for fresh bread! kringle, Italian cookies (biscotti and genetti- to die for!) and cakes are delish too! there’s too much good goin’ on here…get there early on a Sunday morning- otherwise they sell out!!!
