I had a really relaxing evening with friends at your bar….our bartender explained that she was new, she asked that we have patience with her. She did tell me her name but i cant remember for the life of me what her name was but her demeanor was pleasant creating the perfect evening for my friends and I. We enjoyed ourselves and despite the fact that she stated she was new…her service did not prove that to be true…the food was great and i just am thankful we could enjoy our time together after not seeing one another in so long. I appreciated everything.

I had the fajita and it was 12$ and no beans, rice, and guacamole. Very blah. My hubby had the chicken and blah. The server said the manager was told the food needs spice and she was told some people don’t like spice.

Bbq me asap. We have frequented Charcoal Grill before and are able to choose favorites without opening the menu. The backyard barbeque and sports decor set the mood and the roomy booth allowed us both to settle in to the evening. We first indulged in the Wisconsin-famous chicken dumpling soup and warm bread served with cinnamon butter. The featured Tuesday special was the wood-fire pizza and pasta buffet, a tough sell competing against the areas’ well-known pizzerias. We took a pass on that option, but she did go for another spotlight meal: the baked tilapia served with a fresh veggie medley and a side of yams. The Cowboy sandwich is everything I could ever want in American fare all tucked under a warm kaiser roll: BBQ chicken breast, crispy bacon, and fried onion rings all served with waffle fries. Perhaps the most difficult decision of the night was if we should eat the cinnamon butter with a spoon or take shots of the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. The Charcoal Grill will remain in our rotation for tasty Kenosha cuisine and was the perfect remedy for a chilly fall evening.
