Disappointed. We have made Sunrise Cafe a regular stop on our way to and through Kiel. Coffee, bakery and sandwiches are tops! However, on our last visit, we were very disappointed to see a TV spoiling the previously pleasant, calm atmosphere. Why does a lovely place where people go to enjoy conversation with friends and/or quiet time to read need a TV? If we want to watch TV, we can do it at home! Coming to Sunrise Cafe used to be a treat, a nice way to start our day, but it’s not anymore! We’ll drive on to McDonald’s; even their atmosphere is more conducive to conversation and enjoying our meal.
