Authentic. Love this place. The menu isn’t huge, but it’s authentic. After having authentic food from around the world, while serving in the military, I’ve found that it is extremely difficult to find good ethnic food outside of large cities in the US. This place is as legit as they come for Hmong and southeast Asian cuisine. Their springrolls are the best I’ve had anywhere.Fairly quick serving, if not packed for lunch or dinner. You probably pay a little more than if you went to some crappy strip mall Chinese place, but you get a ton of *fresh* food, not covered in any Americanized, sickening sweet sauces. If you like the real stuff you can’t go wrong here. Great food. Good people.
