Best ice cream shop in La Crosse. Lines can be long. But it is worth it! Wide selection. Seating available inside or outdoors. I tried various flavors and all are very good. Highly recommended!
Old Times :). This place is by far my most favorite place to get ice cream…real ice cream. It is delicious. Their candy is great too. My most favorite thing about this place is the atmosphere. It is like going back in time. The staff dress to please and is a great place for kids, couples, anyone. Plus after ice cream, you can walk down by the river in Riverside Park since it is so close by. Great place for a treat.
Homemade Ice Cream, Homemade Cones. Their ice cream is made right there in the shop and they always offer at least 10-15 flavors. Waffle cones are made at the shop as well and they have a wide variety of candy. It is always a must-stop while in the La Crosse Area. My personal favorite? 1 scoop Blue Moon, 1 scoop Cotton Candy.
Great Ice Cream. Amazing ice cream with hand dipped cones and amazing candies and it is relatively cheap.
Charming, Old-Time Soda Fountain. The Pearl is an appropriately named gem of downtown La Crosse. They make their own ice cream, which is always a tasty treat, especially served up in one of their homemade waffle cones. You can get flavors that blow Dairy Queen out of the water – like cappuccino Oreo. The shop has the charming feel of an old-time soda fountain, and the owner has done a beautiful job preserving the historic characteristics of the building
Awe super Cute,Timeless and Wonderful!. I LOVE the ambiance of this cute little ice cream shop! I’m so grateful to have such a timeless and beautiful place to take my kids, they love the place too. Lots to look at and YUMMY ice cream as well, I can’t help but get a milk shake here as well 🙂
The real deal, authentic scoops!. Love the Pearl! Great ice creams, great location and old time shoppe environment. Worth a stop any time of year!
