Nasty food and store. I will never go to this KFC again. the place was dirty. a little boy vomited on the floor right by the door and 45 minutes later when I left it was still there. they charge more money for your food then a regular KFC because they are in a resort area and the food is not even fresh never again I will go the few extra miles and go to Baraboo
Worst Service Ever. My sister and I love to try new places, we were shopping for our homecoming apparel and decided to stop at KFC. Which we haven’t been in years! We decided to order a couple items from your menu. Was the worst service ever, the employees acted like we weren’t even there. They were speaking another language when we were trying to order, the women was going back and fourth between us and other employees! Very rude! The food was cold, and we had to wait at the counter for our drinks. A few of the employees looked at us, and knew we were standing there, but still didn’t even acknowledge us. Very disrespectful, I would never want anyone to go through what we had. We felt so uncomfortable sitting there eating,the tables were dirty, we waited 5 minutes for our sodas. Just terrible.. They never even greeted us, or to have a good night. Our night was ruined because of this, I know this sounds pretty harsh, but that’s how we felt.

If someone is behind the counter they should be capable of taking an order. We wanted coffee and they said they dont have coffee. What the heck is that about. This Lake Delton is a tourist area and expect diversity but when you can’t get an order correctly or ask customer to clarify she shouldn’t be in the front. a few of the girls just glared at us til we left. NO THANK YOU, Lake Delton.
Horrible… Didn’t have forks. Talked a different language to some guy sitting by front whole time I ordered.
This KFC has the worst guest service I have ever experienced. Not only did I wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone answered, they were unbelievably rude. They didn’t have a greeting or anything, they just asked me what I wanted in a snippy tone. Then after I had left my food was cold and disgusting. This has not happened only once but 3 times!!! Ridiculous. They really need to re-train their employees on guest service.
They deliver. We normally don’t go to KFC, but we order from this KFC every time we go to the Dells. Why? Because they deliver. The food is the same as all the other KFCs, but this one delivers. It’s a great diversion from Pizza and Chinese delivery.
